PureFlo reverse osmosis water filter system 500-6,000 l/h

Most humidifiers can benefit from pre-treatment of the water supply. Maintenance can be reduced, humidifier life extended, performance improved and hygiene ensured.

Water treatment is a natural partner for effective humidification but getting it right needs knowledge and experience. That's why a PureFlo system from JS makes sense.

A PureFlo Reverse Osmosis water filter from JS Humidifiers is delivered pre-built, tested and ready to use. Outputs range from 500 to 6,000 litres of RO water per hour. All units have inlet and permeate meters showing the levels of total dissolved solids (TDS), flow meters showing the volume of permeate and concentrate water, and pre- and post pressure membrane gauges.

These commercial RO systems are ideal for use in industrial processes such as humidification systems, steam sterilising, boiler feed water and vehicle washing.

 Benefits for humidfiiers

  • Expensive maintenance reduced

  • Less replacement of costly parts

  • Total hygiene assured

  • Extended humidifier working life

  • Minimal downtime

  • Humidifier delivers optimum performance for longer

  • Mains & process water quality monitored via BMS
  •  High recovery rates

An auto-flush feature allows the system to be run at a high recovery rate without shortening the membrane lifetime, reducing running costs. The easy access membrane vessels are CHAMP PVC, which unlike stainless steel, will not rust with high saline water.

The membranes themselves are HF4 membranes that produce more permeate water and save energy when compared to traditional RO membranes.
